flaming lips weirdness

You know the White Stripes song "Seven Nation Army"? Well try singing along with it, substituting these lyrics:

Beyond the vague Bush-y references, I'm not sure what the hell this is supposed to mean. But then again, it's a Flaming Lips cover, so what else would you expect?
